Not Every Week Sparkles
Hi friends,
I’m going to be real with you. I’m not feeling especially sparkly this week.
Nothing dramatic. I’m just having one of those weeks, and I think we’re all allowed to have them.
One thing I never want Sunday Sparkle to become is a place where we pretend everything is wonderful all the time. Life doesn’t work that way. Some weeks we shine a little brighter, and some weeks we need other people to shine for us.
This week, that’s been all of you.
Your messages, comments, encouragement, laughter, and the way you continue to support not only me, but each other, have meant more than you probably realize.
So I’m still choosing to look for the good. I’m still choosing positivity. I’m just doing it this week with a little less sparkle in my tank.
And that’s okay.
Thank you for showing up for me every day. I hope you know I’ll keep showing up for you too. 💗

Real Life Doesn’t Get Edited Out
This week has been a little quieter for me emotionally, but somehow you all keep finding ways to make me laugh, think, and remember why I enjoy doing this.
We’ve talked about everything from wigs and bags to confidence, opinions, and the completely random things that somehow turn into conversations with hundreds of people.
And honestly, that’s one of my favorite things about TikTok.
I can post something thinking we’re going to talk about a handbag, and twenty minutes later we’re discussing life choices, motherhood, confidence, relationships, and whether I need another wig. 😂
What I continue to love most is that you don’t just talk to me. You talk to each other.
Keep doing that.
Answer someone’s question. Compliment the woman who looks amazing. Welcome the new person. Laugh together. Disagree respectfully. And if somebody needs a little encouragement, give it freely.
There is plenty to go around.

No Favorites This Week
I usually pick a few comments to share here, but this week I’m taking the easy way out. 😂
There were funny ones, thoughtful ones, sweet ones, and a few that made me wonder what exactly is happening in my comment section.
So instead of trying to choose, nobody gets the spotlight this week.
Or maybe everybody does.
Either way, consider yourselves recognized. 😂❤️
That is enough. No lesson. No “you inspire me.” No explanation of what the community means to Tracy.
It gives this issue a little personality and prevents Sunday Sparkle from becoming five different ways of saying something inspirational.

Give Yourself a Break
Here’s something I’m trying to remember myself this week.
You don’t have to turn every bad mood into a breakthrough.
You don’t need to wake up every morning inspired, grateful, productive, perfectly dressed, and ready to conquer the world.
Sometimes you’re tired.
Sometimes you’re irritated.
You’re allowed.
Give yourself the same grace you would give someone you love.
Have the bad day. Put on the comfy clothes. Order dinner instead of cooking it. Turn off your phone. Watch something ridiculous. Go to bed early.
Tomorrow gets another chance.
And so do you.

You Don’t Have to Shine Every Day
Here’s your reminder this Sunday, and maybe mine too.
You are allowed to have a bad day.
You are allowed to feel tired.
You are allowed to be frustrated, overwhelmed, disappointed, or simply not quite yourself.
Being a positive person doesn’t mean being happy all the time.
It means knowing that a difficult day doesn’t get to define your life.
So if you’re struggling a little this week too, don’t judge yourself for it. Give yourself some grace. Lean on the people who love you. Look for one small thing that makes you smile.
And remember that you don’t have to manufacture happiness for everyone around you.
Sometimes your sparkle is going to light up the whole room.
Sometimes it’s going to be barely there.
It’s still yours.
Take care of yourself this week.
And if your sparkle happens to be running a little low, you can borrow some of ours until it comes back. 💗
Be kind. Be confident. Be unapologetically yourself. 💗
